Local delivery

Within Singapore, delivery is $20 per order for orders below $500, and free for orders above $500.

Store pickup

Free store pickup is also an option — a chance to save on delivery and visit us for a cup of tea. If you choose pickup, we'll reach out to arrange a date once your order and payment are received.

Overseas delivery

Overseas orders ship at a flat rate of $50, with delivery taking roughly 7–21 days.

Repacking may sometimes be necessary for overseas shipping — to meet a country's import requirements, to protect the leaves from damage or moisture in transit, or to save space and shipping cost. If we need to repack your order differently from what's shown on the website, we'll let you know by email while arranging delivery.

If you have a specific preference — for instance, tea shipped without its packaging box, or repacked another way to suit you — just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate it. For any other special arrangements, drop us a message or email.

Return eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Perishable goods such as opened tea or used accessories aren't eligible for return.

How to request a return

Email us at hello@sanyuantea.com or call +65 9173 5117 with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process. Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method. Processing takes 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
